SPIN TO SURVIVE ~ DEADLY JUNGLE

📙Spin to Survive Deadly Jungle ✏️Emily Hawkins 🖌R Fresson 📚 Wide Eyed Editions

I loved Frozen Mountain and was so excited when Emily created another superb Spin to Survive reading experience!

This time we adventure into the Amazon to seek the Lost City of the Jaguar God.

The reader will battle river rapids, scale rock faces, find food, seek shelter and face many other dangers - not least the plethora of jungle animals and insects - testing your survival skills through the choices you make.

However, even if you choose the safest route, the jungle is still a dangerous place and you must 'spin to survive!'

We've had so much fun at home navigating all the different story routes and my class were VERY excited when I took it in to share!

I love the information about real life heroes, the real survival tips and creature features added to the pages of the story. They not only help your decision making but add so much extra knowledge for the reader and allow the book to be accessed by many different age ranges as you can choose how much you read.

Such a brilliantly designed book that makes an amazing gift.
It would also make an incredible classroom resource, supporting not just geography themes such as rivers, climate etc, but provides great inspiration for writing too.

Thank you so so much Emily for sending me this copy. I can recommend any of her books. They are just incredible. #ifkidshadcoffeetables this would definitely be on it, although I think this one's best read out in the wild!
